病案资料在医学论文中的利用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析病案资料在医务人员撰写论文过程中的利用情况。方法采用统计描述中构成比的方法,对2011年发表在中华系列期刊、中文医学核心期刊上的论文进行统计,分析临床论著、个案报道以及其它类型论文中病案资料的利用情况。结果发表在中华系列期刊上的论文中,利用病案资料撰写的临床论著占35.45%;发表在中文医学核心期刊上的论文中,利用病案资料撰写的临床论著占55.00%,对于一家综合性三甲医院来说,比例还是偏低了点。结论提高病案利用率是医院论文数量和质量稳定提高的前提条件,也是医院管理者必须重视和研究的重要问题。Objectives To analyze the utilization situation of the medical records used in the writing of medical papers. Methods The papers published in the China Series Journal and the core journals were accounted using the method of proportion in the statistical description, and analyzed the utilization situation of the medical records in clinical articles, case reports or other kinds of papers and so on. Results The clinical articles utilized the information of medical records were accounted for 35.45% in the China Series Journals, while took 55.00% in the core Journals. The percent was a little lower for a major tertiary hospital. Conclusions The increasing uti- lization ratio of medical records is a prerequisite in the stable improvement of the number and quality of papers, and also it is an prob- lem which should be attached great importance and researched by the managers of the hospital.
