摘　　要：先进文化是社会主义市场经济发展的重要保证 ,社会不仅需要经济手段、行政法律手段 ,而且更需要文化调节手段。加强文化建设 ,要坚持不懈地进行马克思主义理论教育 ,发扬优良传统和爱国精神 ,提倡艰苦奋斗 ,汲取传统文化和西方文化之精华 。Advanced culture is the important guarantee of socialist market economic development.The society not only requires economic means and administrative and legal means,but also needs cultural regulation means.To strengthen cultural construction,we should persist constantly in the education of the theory of Marxism,carry forward the fine tradition and patriotic spirit,advocate plain living and hard struggle,absorb the quintessence of traditional culture and western culture and form socialist new culture with Chinese distinguishing features.
