摘　　要：目的总结围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床表现及诊断治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院2008年3月至2012年3月8例CVST患者。结果 4例痊愈,4例死亡,其中1例二次妊娠均患CVST,痊愈。结论围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是妊娠期及产褥期一种特殊类型的,少见的血栓栓塞性疾病。其病情凶险病死率高,与产次无明显关系。孕晚期及产褥期易发病,合并妊娠高血压疾病者易发病,如重视影像学表现,及时进行影像学检查(MRI),将明显降低孕产妇的死亡率。Objective The summary perinatal stage venous sinus thrombus forms chnical manifestation and diagnosis treatment experience. Methods Review analyzes my courtyard 2005.3.1 - 2007.3.1 eight ex- ample CVST patient. Results 4 example healings, 4 example deaths, 1 example two pregnancies contract CVST, the healing. Conclusion Perinatal stage venous sinus thrombus forms （CVST） is the gestation period and the puerperal period one kind of special type, rare thrombus thrombosis-related disease. Its condition bad risk case fatality rate is high, with produces time relates not obviously. Is pregnant the later period and the puer- peral period easy to be taken bad, merge hypertension of pregnancy disease easy to be taken bad, if takes the phantom study performance, carries on phantom study inspection （MRI） promptly, obviously will reduce preg- nant woman＇s mortality rate.
