摘　　要：金融制度的不良表现，是90年代日本经济陷入长期萧条的起点，这充分表明了日本现有金融制度与内外经济环境变化之间的冲突和不适应性。如何从日本金融制度的弊端出发，改革已过时的金融制度，并增强其对环境的适应性，就成为日本经济走出低迷的必由之路。The unhealthy performance of financial system is really the initial cause for the long-term recession of the economy of Japan in the 90s, which demonstrates clearly the conflicts between and mutual unsuitability of the existing financial system and the changing economic conditions internally and externally. How to reform the outmoded financial system and enhance its suitability for the environment concerning the existing problems in the Japanese financial system, this has inevitably become the only way for the Japanese economy to get out of the present stagnation.
