脑外伤后综合征患者应用归脾汤加减治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤对脑外伤综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2010～2012年收治的脑外伤综合征患者30例为研究对象,所有患者均给予归脾汤治疗,随症加减,20d为1疗程;2个疗程后根据患者临床有效率和患者治疗前后生活质量评分评估其临床疗效。结果:临床有效率:经2个疗程的治疗,治愈2例,显效17例,有效10例,无效仅1例。总有效率为96.7%。生活质量:治疗后,患者生活质量评分(51.1±11.4)分,显著高于治疗前(11.4±7.13)(P<0.001)。结论:归脾汤临床治疗脑外伤综合征,疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床体征和主诉症状,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective： To observe the effect of the Guipi decoction on treating traumatic brain injury syndrome. Methods： 30 patients with traumatic brain injury syndrome admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected for study object, all patients were given Guipi decoction, 20 days for a course of treatment. After two courses, to compare the clinical efficiency and quality of life of patients before and after treatment to assess the clinical efficacy of Guipi decoction. Results： After two courses of treatment, 2 cases were cured, markedly effective 17 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 1 case, the total efficiency was 96.7%. After treatment, patients’quality of life score （51.1±11.4） was significantly higher than that before treatment （11.4±7.13） （P0.001）. Conclusion： Guipi decoction was significantly effective on treating traumatic brain injury syndrome, worthy of a wide clinical application.
