摘  要:[目的]建立蝉花药材的HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法对11批蝉花药材进行分析。色谱条件:Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL/min,检测波长248 nm,柱温30℃,记录色谱图60 min。[结果]11批蝉花药材得到的指纹图谱相似度较高,标示了17个共有峰,方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。[结论]该方法所建立的指纹图谱特征性强,为蝉花药材的内在质量控制提供了依据。[Objective]To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Cordyceps cicadae by HPLC.[Methods]The HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution and the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 248 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the chromatograms were recorded in 60 min.[Results]The chromatographic profiles of the samples collected from different sources were similar and seventeen common peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprint of Cordyceps cicadae.Good precision,stability and repetition were shown.[Conclusion]The developed fingerprint method is of high individuality and specificity and can be applied for quality evaluation of Cordyceps cicadae.
