祛痹镇痛凝胶膏穴位敷贴对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠关节炎症及牛Ⅱ型胶原抗体的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察祛痹镇痛凝胶膏穴位敷贴对胶原性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用。[方法]体重100g SD大鼠90只,随机分出空白对照组,其余大鼠注射牛Ⅱ型胶原诱发胶原性关节炎(CIA),再随机分成模型对照组,祛痹镇痛凝胶膏组,基质对照组,阳性对照组,以足跖肿胀度、关节炎指数,血清牛Ⅱ抗体浓度为指标,观察穴位敷贴祛痹镇痛凝胶膏对胶原性关节炎大鼠的疗效。[结果]与模型对照组相比,治疗10天后,祛痹镇痛凝胶膏组和阳性组足跖平均肿胀度有明显差异(P<0.05),祛痹镇痛凝胶膏组关节炎指数有明显降低(P<0.05),阳性组无差异;治疗15天后祛痹镇痛凝胶膏组和阳性对照组足跖平均肿胀度、关节炎指数有极显著差异(P<0.01);治疗15天后祛痹镇痛贴膏组%MPE仅上升了0.09%,阳性对照组%MPE下降了0.05%,而模型对照组、基质对照组分别上升了36.46%,55.40%[结论]祛痹镇痛凝胶膏穴位敷贴对胶原诱导性类风湿性关节炎大鼠的足趾肿胀度、关节炎指数、血清牛Ⅱ型胶原抗体浓度有较好的控制和影响作用,对胶原诱导性大鼠类风湿性关节炎有较好的治疗作用。[Objective] To observe the Qubi analgesic gel paste acupoint application effect on the treatment of collagen-induced arthritis in rats.[Methods] To weight 100g 90 SD rats,randomly divided into blank control group,the remaining type Ⅱ collagen in rat induced by injection of bovine collagen induced arthritis（CIA）,and then randomly divided into model control group,normal control group,matrix control group,positive control group.The paw swelling,arthritis index,serum antibody concentration of bovine Ⅱ as index were observed the effects of different plaster acupoint application therapy on collagen-induced arthritis in rats.[Result] Ten days after treatment,compared with model group,Qubi analgesic Gel Cream group and positive group plantar swelling on average had significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）,Qubi analgesic Gel Cream group arthritis index decreased significantly（P＆lt;0.05）,but there was no difference in the positive group;After fifteen days,the therapy of Qubi analgesic Gel Cream group and positive control group paw swelling degree on average,arthritis index had significant difference（P＆lt;0.01）;After fifteen days,the therapy of Qubi analgesic plaster group %MPE increased by only 0.09%,the positive control group %MPE decreased 0.05%,these two groups mentioned above had no significant difference,the model control group and base control group were increased by 36.46% and 55.40% respectively.[Conclusion] Qubi analgesic gel paste acupoint application has a good control and influence on collagen-induced rheumatoid arthritis in rat paw volume,arthritis index,serum bovine collagen antibody concentration,as a consequence,it has good therapeutic effects on collagen-induced rheumatoid arthritis rats.
