摘　　要：博杜恩·德·库尔德内作为俄罗斯喀山语言学派创始人,曾被诸多俄罗斯学者、西方语言学者誉为现代语言学奠基人之一。然而,博杜恩·德·库尔德内语言学思想的形成却与德国学术思想有着深厚的渊源关系。正是在此基础上,博杜恩·德·库尔德内提出和发展了一系列超越时代的现代语言学思想。Baudouin de Courtenay, as the founder of Kazan School of linguistics, has also been regarded as one of the founders of modern linguistics by many Russian scholars and western linguists. However, the formation of his linguistic ideas was closely related to the 19th century German linguistics. It was on the basis of these precious linguistic studies that Baudouin de Courtenay put forward and developed a range of modern linguistic theories ahead of his time.
