摘  要:以留兰香春季萌发的含顶芽幼嫩茎段为外植体,利用正交实验设计等方法研究了留兰香微繁技术体系。结果表明:用70%~75%酒精浸洗30s,0.1%升汞浸洗6min对外植体消毒灭菌效果最好,适宜芽诱导的培养基是MS+NAA 0.05mg/L+6-BA 1.5mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+7g/L琼脂,最佳芽增殖培养基是MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L+GA30.1mg/L+20~30g/L蔗糖+7g/L琼脂,最佳生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L+KT 0~0.05mg/L+20~25g/L蔗糖+7g/L琼脂。Using the tender stem containing terminal bud in spring as explants,the orthogonal test was used,the micropropagation technique system of Mentha spicata Linn were studied.The results showed that the best method for disinfectant was 70% to 75% alcohol(washed for 30 s) and 0.1% mercuric chloride(washed for 6 min).The optimal medium for inducing shoot was MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+30 g/L sugar+7 g/L agar;the optimal medium for shoot generation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+GA3 0.1 mg/L+20 g/L to 30 g/L sugar+7 g/L agar;the optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+KT 0 to 0.05 mg/L+20 g/L to 25 g/L sugar+7 g/L agar.
