摘 要:为了研究马立克病强毒京-1株和疫苗株CVI988对鸡外周血T、B淋巴细胞的影响,试验将108只1日龄海兰褐公雏鸡随机分为3组,即对照组(C组)、京-1株攻毒组(V组)、疫苗株CVI988腹部免疫组(IA组),在接种后的3,6,10,15,20,26,35,45,60天分别检测T、B淋巴细胞百分率。结果表明:V组除6,20天,IA组除3,6天外,阳性T淋巴细胞百分率均显著或极显著高于C组;而V组阳性T淋巴细胞百分率除10,20天外,均显著或极显著高于IA组;V组阳性B淋巴细胞百分率始终高于C组,在6,15,60天时差异极显著(P<0.01),而IA组始终高于V组,除3,6,60天外,差异均显著或极显著。说明京-1株和疫苗株接种鸡阳性T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞变化趋势一致,强毒京-1株感染后细胞免疫可能起直接作用,疫苗株接种后体液免疫对清除病毒可起辅助作用。To investigate the effects of the virulent strain Jing- 1 and vaccine strain CV1988 of Marek's disease virus (MDV) on immune function of chicken peripheral blood lyraphocytes, 108 one day - old male Hyline brown male chicks were randomly divided into three groups inclu- ding the control group (group C), the experimental group challenged with virulent strain Jing- 1 (group V), and another experimental group injected intra - abdominal ( group IA) with the vaccine strain CVI988. The percentages of T and B lymphocytes were measured at 3,6,10,15, 20,26,35,45 and 60 d after vaccination, respectively. The results showed that, except for 6 d, 20 d in group V, and 3 d, 6 d in group IA, the percentages for positive T lymphocytes were significantly or highly significantly higher than those of group C. While the percentages for positive T lymphocytes in group V except for 10 d and 20 d were significantly or highly significantly higher than those in group IA. The percentages for positive B lymphocytes in group V were higher than those in group C all the time, and there were extremely significant differences at 6 d, 15 d and 60 d (P 〈0.01 ). But the percentages for positive B lymphocytes in group IA were higher than those in group V all along, and there were significant or extremely significant differences except for 3 d, 6 d and 60 d. The results indicate that the changing tendencies of positive T and B lymphocytes were similar after inoculation with the virulent strain Jing - 1 and vaccine strain CVI988 of MDV. The cell mediated immunity may play a direct role in MDV after infection with the virulent strain Jing - 1, while the humoral immunity may play an assistant role in cleating MDV after inoculation with the vaccine strain.
