内观疗法对新型毒品依赖患者生活质量和复吸的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内观疗法对新型毒品依赖患者生活质量和复吸的影响。方法:将90例新型毒品依赖患者随机分为内观疗法组和对照组各45例,两组均进行必要的抗精神病药物治疗和常规护理,内观疗法组在住院期间进行集中内观,出院后1年内进行日常内观,对照组进行一般性教育。期间运用综合生活质量评定问卷(General Quality ofLife Inventory,GQOLI)和李娜等编的《戒毒人员复吸倾向性量表》,对两组进行定期调查评定,每次调查时均进行尿毒品检,如发现尿毒品检阳性者均不进行评定。比较两组的生活质量和复吸情况。结果:两组患者内观疗法组的生活质量改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);内观疗法组的复吸率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内观疗法能够提高新型毒品依赖患者生活质量,降低复吸率。Objective：To investigate the effect of Naikan therapy on patients’life quality and the influence on the relapse in new-type drug addicts.Methods： The 90 cases of new-type drug dependent patients were randomly divided into Naikan therapy group and control group with 45 cases of each group.The two groups were treated with antipsychotics and routine care.Additionally,the patients in Naikan therapy group received intensive Naikan during the hospitalization period and daily meditation within 1 year after hospital discharge.The patients of the control group were only given general education.During the period,integrated life quality evaluation questionnaire（General Quality of Life Inventory,GQOLI） and ＂Drug Addicts Re-addiction Tendency Scale＂,edited by Li Na,were used for regular assessment in two groups.The urine test was conducted in each survey.Subjects with urine is positive are not assessed.The quality of life and relapse rate of two groups were assayed.Results： The life quality of the patients in the Naikan therapy group was improved better than that in control group（P 0.01）.Moreover,the relapse rate in Naikan therapy group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Naikan therapy can improve the life quality of the patients with new-type drug dependence and decreased the relapse rate.
