摘　　要：目的:胸部X线诊断小儿淋巴结核的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院近10年来40例小儿淋巴结核治疗前后的胸部X线表现。结果:治疗前肺门影大,部分病例示边界模糊,部分病例示结节影,治疗后肺门影恢复正常、部分见索条钙化影。结论:通过分析胸部X线的表现,结合临床的治疗后X线表现,对于小儿淋巴结核的诊断是有意义的。Objective：To discuss the chest X - ray diagnosis of pediatric scrofula value.Methods：Retrospective analysis in recent 10 years and pediatric patients scrofula before and after treatment in the chest X - ray performance,before treatment hilar shadow,part of the cases and boundary fuzzy,some cases and nodules shadow,after treatment hilar shadow returned to normal,some see article cable calcification shadow.Conclusion：Through the analysis of the performance of the chest X - ray,combined with the clinical treatment X - ray performance,for pediatric lymphatic tuberculosis diagnosis should be meaningful.
