摘  要:目的:探讨溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法:采用全自动生化仪AU680对41例溶血组和非溶血组标本分别进行23项生化项目的检测分析,并进行统计学处理。结果:溶血组和非溶血组之间的检测结果比较:ALT、CHOL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、APOA1、APOB的值无显著性差别(p>0.05),ALB、BUN的值有显著性差别(p<0.05),而TBIL、DBIL、TT、AST、ALP、GGT、TBA、CREA、URIC、GLU、LDH、HBDH、CK、CK-MB的值有非常显著性差别(p<0.01)。结论:溶血对许多生化检验项目都有一定程度的影响和干扰,为尽量避免或减少标本的溶血,要求医务工作者采血时规范操作,对血标本的运送、分离和检测过程严格把关,使检验结果更准确可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results.Methods:Aanalysis of automatic biochemical analyzer AU680 in 41 cases of hemolytic and non - hemolytic groups of specimens were 23 biochemical project,and carries on statistics processing.Comparison of results between group and non hemolytic test hemolytic group.Results:ALT,CHOL,TG,HDL - C,LDL - C, APOA1,APOB value had no significant difference(p0.05 ),ALB,BUN value had significant difference(p0.05 ),while TBIL, DBIL,TP,AST,ALP,GGT,TBA,CREA,URIC,GLU,LDH,HBDH,CK,CK - MB values were very significant difference(p0. 01 ).Conclusion:hemolysis had certain influence and interference of many biochemical tests,in order to avoid or reduce specimen hemolysis, standardized operation requires medical workers at the time of collection,transport,separation and detection of blood samples strictly, make the test results more accurate and reliable.
