2008～2011年我院麻醉药品与第1类精神药品的使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院2008～2011年我院麻醉药品与第1类精神药品的使用情况及销售趋势,以进一步提高癌痛治疗药物合理使用水平。方法:从医院HIS系统收集2008～2011年我院麻醉药品与第1类精神药品销售信息,计算各麻醉药品销售金额占全部麻醉药品销售金额的构成比,使用累计DDD数(DDDs),DUC及DUI进行分析。结果:我院麻醉药品与第1类精神药品的年销售金额呈逐年递增趋势,硫酸吗啡缓释片销售金额稳居口服药首位,枸橼酸芬太尼注射液销售金额排在第2位。结论:我院基本按照WHO三阶梯止痛原则用药,在"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"创建活动中,进一步提高麻精药品临床合理应用水平。Objective：To investigate our hospital in 2008 -2011 of narcotic and psychotropic drugs＇ use and sales trends,in order to further improve the rational drug use level in treatment of cancer pain.Methods：From the hospital HIS system collected 2008 -2011 years of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drug sales information,calculate the total sales amount of narcotics narcotics sales amount than the composition of total number,using DDD（DDDs ）,DUC and DUI analysis method.Results：Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances of the annual sales amount in our hospital was increasing year after year,morphine sulfate sustained - release tablets sales amount ranked first oral medicine,fentanyl citrate injection amount of sales in the second.Conclusion：Our College in accordance with the basic WHO three ladder analgesic treatment,in the ＂ cancer standardized treatment demonstration unit＂ to create activities,to further improve the clinical narcotic drug rational use.
