摘 要:[目的]为合理使用灭杀青苔药物及科学防治青苔的发生提供基础资料。[方法]用3种药物研究其对青苔生长的抑制效果以及对水质和水生植物SOD、POD的影响。[结果]3种药物对青苔都有较好的抑制杀灭效果,而且青苔死亡率随着药物剂量的增加而增加,以C3组青苔死亡率最高,达90%。伊乐藻体内的2种抗氧化酶可以对药物胁迫做出敏感响应,SOD活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但是高剂量的药物也并未导致伊乐藻大量死亡。[结论]3种药物对青苔都具有较强的生长抑制效果。[Objective] The research aimed to provide basic data for reasonable application of the drugs for killing green algae and preventing the occurrence of green algae scientifically.[Method]Three kinds of drugs were used to study its inhibition effects on the growth of green algae and its effects on water quality and SOD,POD of hydrophyte.[Result] Three kinds of drugs had better Inhibitory effects on green algae and the death rate of green algae increased with the increase of drug dose.The death rate of green algae was the highest,being 90%.Two kinds of antioxidant enzymes in Elodea Canadensis made sensitive responses to drug stress and SOD activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.While,high dose of drugs didn't lead to the death of a large amount of E.Canadensis.[Conclusion] Three kinds of drugs had strong inhibitory effects on green algae.
