摘 要:大型养猪场粪污零排放处理是通过污染排放控制系统、能源回收利用系统和物质循环利用系统完成的。污染排放控制系统可使养猪场污水的日排放量减少一半,能源回收利用系统通过高效厌氧折流反应器对猪尿减量厌氧常温发酵产生清洁能源沼气,物质循环利用系统充分利用了养猪场粪便、沼渣和沼液。通过对年存栏量4 000头左右的养猪场进行研究,确定了零排放模式的养猪场规模和配套农田数量,全量发酵年存栏量1 000头左右的养猪场的粪污需要配套13 hm2农田,减量发酵需要配套1.67 hm2农田。Large scale pig farm manure zero emission treatment is through emission control systems,energy recovery systems and material recycling system.Piggery wastewater emissions reduce by half everyday by emission control systems;anaerobic and decrement fermentation at room temperature produce marsh gas by high-rate anaerobic baffled reactor through energy recovery systems;and make full use of manure,biogas,biogas slurry by material recycling system.Determine the number of scale pig farms and support farmland through a study of a year number of pig farms of about 4 000 from the zero-emissions mode.Total fermentation of the manure from a breeding stock about 1 000 pig farm could support 13 hectares farmland.Decrement fermentation of the manure from a breeding stock about 1 000 pig farm could support 1.67 hectares farmland.
