摘　　要：安陆市秸秆资源约58万t。随着社会的进步,科学的发展,秸秆用作燃料的功能进一步弱化。随着农村劳动力的大量外出,耕牛数量的减少,全市富余秸秆资源量约30万t,没有得到充分利用,大量的秸秆被焚烧,既浪费了资源,又污染了环境。通过分析该市秸秆利用存在的问题及原因,提出了一些相应的对策。There are 0.58 million t straw resources in Anlu City.Along with social progress,scientific development,the function of straw as fuel is further weakening.With large number of rural labor out for work,cultivated land decreasing,about 0.30 million t straw resource have not been fully utilized.A lot of straw was burned,not only waste resources,but also polluted the environment.Through analyzing existing problems and causes of straw utilization,several corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
