摘　　要：以四乙烯五胺、环氧氯丙烷及三乙胺为主要原料，制备了一种阳离子型无醛固色剂，该固色剂的最佳合成工艺为：n（四乙烯五胺）：n（环氧氯丙烷）：n（三乙胺）=1：5：1，四乙烯五胺和三乙胺搅拌反应1h，在15—25℃缓慢滴加环氧氯丙烷，反应1h，升温至60℃反应5h．固色工艺为：固色剂60g／L，pH=9．结果表明，固色剂能使染色后的纯棉织物摩擦牢度提高1～1．5级，耐皂洗色牢度提高1～1．5级．A cationic formaldehyde-free fixing agent was prepared using tetraethylenepentamine, epichlo- rohydrin and tritahylamine as the main raw materials. The optimal synththesis process was as follows： the mo- lar ratio of tetraethylenepentamine to epichlorohydrin to tritahylamine was 1：5： 1, tetraethylenepentamine and triethylamine were holding stirred for 1 h firstly, then epichorohydrin was slowly dropped at 15-25 ℃ and re- acted for 1 h, and raising to 60 ℃ and holding for 5 h. The fixing process was as follows： the dosage of the fix- ing agent was 60 g/L, pH=9. The results showed that after fixing treatment, the rubbing fastness of dyed pure cotton fabric was improvd by 1-1.5 level, and the washing color fastness of dyed cotton fabric was improve by 1-1.5 level
