摘  要:以四乙烯五胺、环氧氯丙烷及三乙胺为主要原料,制备了一种阳离子型无醛固色剂,该固色剂的最佳合成工艺为:n(四乙烯五胺):n(环氧氯丙烷):n(三乙胺)=1:5:1,四乙烯五胺和三乙胺搅拌反应1h,在15—25℃缓慢滴加环氧氯丙烷,反应1h,升温至60℃反应5h.固色工艺为:固色剂60g/L,pH=9.结果表明,固色剂能使染色后的纯棉织物摩擦牢度提高1~1.5级,耐皂洗色牢度提高1~1.5级.A cationic formaldehyde-free fixing agent was prepared using tetraethylenepentamine, epichlo- rohydrin and tritahylamine as the main raw materials. The optimal synththesis process was as follows: the mo- lar ratio of tetraethylenepentamine to epichlorohydrin to tritahylamine was 1:5: 1, tetraethylenepentamine and triethylamine were holding stirred for 1 h firstly, then epichorohydrin was slowly dropped at 15-25 ℃ and re- acted for 1 h, and raising to 60 ℃ and holding for 5 h. The fixing process was as follows: the dosage of the fix- ing agent was 60 g/L, pH=9. The results showed that after fixing treatment, the rubbing fastness of dyed pure cotton fabric was improvd by 1-1.5 level, and the washing color fastness of dyed cotton fabric was improve by 1-1.5 level
