摘　　要：涤粘毛啥味呢混纺面料,由高收缩涤纶/阳离子改性涤纶/粘胶/羊毛四种纤维混纺纱织造,印染加工而成。集合了多种纤维的优点,特别是高收缩涤纶经高温处理后的高度收缩,成为织物的芯,形成织物成皮芯结构,表面主要是羊毛和粘胶,赋予织物纯毛的触感,手感柔软,滑糯,光泽好,仿毛效果优良。通过优化工艺,其起毛起球性能满足服装面料穿着的要求。涤粘毛啥味呢混纺面料与纯毛啥味呢相比,产品风格和手感接近,成本低,附加值高。The polyester/viscose/wool blended serge, containing high-shrinkage polyester, cation modification polyester, viscose, wool four fibers, presented excellent properties from multi fibers after weaved and dyed. Especially the high- shrinkage polyester, within high shrinkage treated at high temperature, the blended fabric exhibited skin-core structure. The high-shrinkage polyester was core, and wool and viscose were skin. The special structure imparted the fabric good hand feel like pure wool, smooth and gloss, presenting excellent wool-like effect. By optimizing process, the anti-pilling performance could meet the requirement to wear of clothing fabric. Compared with pure wool serge, the polyester/viscose/wool blended serge presented the similar style and hand feel, and has advantages with lower cost and high additional value.
