摘 要:通过测试涤纶染色过程中染料上染率、涤纶面料色光、成品色牢度来研究在涤纶分散染料染色过程中添加促染剂的可行性,并与常规染色工艺进行比较。结果表明,促染剂能够提高染料的上染率至95%以上,提高染色深度,节省染料用量,缩短染色时间,减少污水排放,降低染色成本。The feasibility of polyester dyeing with accelerating agent was studied by test dyeing uptake, the color of polyester fabric and the color fastness of fabric. The effect of accelerating agent was compared with conventional process. The results showed that the dyeing uptake of the polyester dyed with accelerating agent could increase to more than 95%. The dyeing strength was enhanced and the dyeing time, sewage disposal and dyeing cost were reduced.
