摘  要:将创意产业聚集区的利益相关者划分为政府、聚集区机构和企业三个组成部分,采用结构方程模型,考察外生变量逐层对内生变量产生影响,不同利益相关者对聚集区发展态势影响过程中承担的角色,聚集区成长的驱动力来源,以及帕累托边界外推的程度。结果表明,聚集区机构对核心创造力的作用远大于政府,过于繁华的城市商业环境不利于创意。建议政府以培育和扶持聚集区机构为支持手段,保护创意产业聚集区的创意氛围;聚集区机构应该强化公共服务平台;大型企业应该将创意部门与经营部门和生产制造部门进行空间分离。Agglomeration effectiveness is the critical issue for creative industry, since quired to study about the agglomerating mechanism for cluster. Stakeholders will be defi pos ned itions of stakeholders are reas government, institutes of cluster and enterprises in this paper. Structure Equation Model (SEM)is employed to analyze the structure transition from exogenous variables to endogenous ones to display the impacts of these factors on the growth of creative industrial agglomeration areas in different ways. It is concluded that institute of agglomeration areas does more effect than government ; Core creativeness is shortage for the growth of agglomeration,while public service fails to do Pareto improvement. The authors of paper suggest that government should support the institute growth instead of administrative support ; the institute should focus on creative climate for enterprises with public platform instead of real estate development or simple service for householders ; big-size companies should separate their branches to locate at different areas in order to bet benefits from both cre- ative climate and business competitiveness .
