摘　　要：生物医药产业是上海具有显著比较优势和大力发展的高科技产业。通过考察上海6个区域生物医药产业集群的产业特色和产业价值链关联,对上海生物医药产业集群研发-服务联动创新框架进行了分析,最后提出了促进上海生物医药产业集群创新联动发展的相关建议。Bio-pharmaceutical industry is one comparative advantages and key developing high-tech industry to develop in Shanghai, which is impacted by both technology innovation and service innovation. This paper investigates the Shanghai six regional bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster industries and industrial value chain between them. And ＂R＆D Service＂link- age innovation management frame of Shanghai bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster is also discussed in detail. Last this pa- per pointed out some concrete advices of developing Shanghai bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster on the basis of innovation linkage.
