摘 要:海水淡化工程的设计涉及专业较多,工作量大,而采用二维设计软件,设计质量和工作效率受到直接影响。PDMS(Plant Design Management System)三维工厂模型设计软件可以有效地解决上述问题,正在逐步应用于海水淡化领域。简要介绍PDMS三维设计软件的特点及主要模块。结合PDMS在某海岛海水淡化项目的使用情况,系统介绍利用PDMS软件在海水淡化工程设计中的具体应用(包括建立管道元件库和等级、创建各专业设计模型、设计检查及生成工程图等)。总结利用PDMS软件进行三维设计的优缺点及体会,并对该软件应用后的效果进行简介。实践证明,PDMS软件可有效提升设计质量,降低设计难度。Designing of seawater desalination project involves many discipline, its workload is heavy as well, and the use of 2D design software directly affects the design quality and work efficiency. PDMS (plant design management system) 3D plant design software can effectively solve the above problems, and has Been gradually applying to the seawater desalination field. In this paper, the characteristics of PDMS 3D design software and its main modules are briefly introduced. Base on the application of PDMS in an island seawater desalination project, the specific application of PDMS software implementation in seawater desalination project design ( including creating the catalogue and the specification of the pipeline, building the design models for each discipline, verifying all designs and generating engineering drawings, etc. ) is systematically introduced. The advantages, disadvantages and experience of PDMS software in 3D design are summarised in this paper. And the application effect of PDMS is simply introduced as well. Practice shows that the PDMS software can effectively improve the design quality and reduce the design difficulty.
