摘　　要：动力蛋白家族是具有GTPase活性的一类蛋白质,一直以来在细胞内吞过程中的作用被认为是其主要功能,本文从新的视角对动力蛋白的共性、特性及其在信号调控中的作用,并对具有抗病毒功能的家族成员Mx蛋白的信号转导进行了阐述.GTPase family, is a kind of protein with GTPase activity, the role of cell endocytosis process is considered to be the main function. Some of the common features, special features and signal pathway were stated in the article from a new perspective, at the same time, signal transduction of Mx which is the member of Dynamin with antiviral function was also expounded.
