不同交联剂对羟乙基β-环糊精固定相选择性的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察用不同交联剂得到的羟乙基β-环糊精(β-CD)对位置异构体以及手性药物的分离效果的影响。方法:采用不同交联剂把羟乙基β-CD键合到5μm的球形硅胶上获得三种不同交联剂交联的羟乙基β-CD键合硅胶固定相,通过高效液相色谱法对二取代苯的位置异构体和八种手性药物分别进行分离。结果:三种固定相对二取代苯位置异构体的分离效果较好,对手性药物的分离效果不太理想。结论:交联剂的种类对固定相的拆分影响很大。Objective：To analyze the effects of hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrins（β-CD） obtained by different crosslinking agents on separations of positional isomers and chiral drugs.Methods：Hydroxyethyl β-CD bonded to 5μm spherical silica gel using different crosslinking agents as stationary phase,two positional isomers and 8 chiral drugs were separated using HPLC.Results：The positional isomers were separated well,but the separation of chiral drugs was not so well.Conclusion：The kind of crosslinking agents on the stationary phase influences the separation greatly.
