摘　　要：目的:明确太原地区各型乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)住院病人一年的疾病经济负担,并探讨其影响因素。方法:选取山西医科大学第一医院传染科和太原市第三人民医院为调查点,采用时间阶段连续病例整群抽样方法共调查344人,利用问卷面对面询问每个病人的直接经济费用、间接经济费用及无形经济费用,SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果:太原地区乙肝病人年人均疾病直接经济负担为34 097.67元,间接经济负担为3 816.31元,无形费用为56 008.72元。结论:乙肝给病人、家庭和社会带来很沉重的经济负担。Objective：To identify the economic burden of Type B viral hepatitis patients in Taiyuan region,and explore its influencing factors.Methods：The first hospital of Shanxi medical university and the third hospital of Taiyuan were chosen.The samples were randomly selected with time stage continuous cases the cluster sampling method,surveyed 344 patients face to face by self-made questionnaire,and analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results：Type B viral hepatitis patients per capita direct economic burden was 34 097.67yuan,indirect economic burden was 3 816.31yuan,intangible economic burden was56 008.72yuan.Conclusion：Type B viral hepatitis brings the patients,their families and the society very heavy economic burden.
