摘  要:目的了解淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂抗药性水平,为合理使用化学杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用药液浸渍法,测定淳安县千岛湖镇城区优势蚊种淡色库蚊自然品系和敏感品系四龄期幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、丙烯菊酯、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯和敌敌畏等4类6种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊自然品系与敏感品系相比较,溴氰菊酯抗性倍数最高为22.94倍;其次是高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数为3.56倍;敌敌畏抗性倍数为2.46倍;残杀威抗性倍数为1.83倍;三氯杀虫酯和丙烯菊酯LC50近于敏感品系。结论淳安县千岛湖镇城区淡色库蚊自然品系对溴氰菊酯具有高抗药性,对高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯、丙烯菊酯和残杀威尚未产生明显的抗药性。Objective To explore the pesticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Qiandao Lake town. Methods The larval bioassays method was used to determine the resistance levels of natural strain and susceptible strains of Culex pipiens pallens in four instar larvae exposed to 6 common pesticides of Deltamethrin, Beta - Cypermethria, Allethrin, Propoxur, Three Chlorine Insecticidal Ester and Dichlorvos. Results The resistance ratio of natural strain to deltamethrin, beta - cypermethrin, dichlorvos, propoxur was 22.94, 3.56, 2.46 and 1.83, respectively, which were all higher than that of susceptible strain. No significant difference in the resistance to allethrin and three chlorine insecticidal ester was found between these two strains. Conclusion The resistance of natural strain of Culex pipiens pallens in Qiandan lake town to deltamethrin is in high level, but the resistance to Beta -Cypermethrin, dichlorvos, Three Chlorine Insecticidal Ester, AUethrin and Propoxur was near to susceptible strains.
