摘　　要：针对变电站高压隔离开关触头镀银层存在缺陷的问题,从成分、厚度、硬度三方面分析镀银层质量检测的原理及方法,通过实例说明镀银层质量检测可有效检出镀银层不合格的产品,并提出在高压隔离开关验收阶段或投入使用前进行触头镀银层质量检测的建议。Quality inspection methods are provided for silver coating of substation high voltage isolating switch finger because of defect existing in it. The principles are declared in view of chemical composition, thickness and hardness of the coating,and examples are given to verify that the measurement methods are effective to detect disqualified samples. Suggestions are proposed that quality inspection for silver coating of high voltage isolating switch finger should be carried out during acceptance stage or before putting into operation.
