摘　　要：生态园林城市是生态文明建设的重要组成部分。文章简要介绍了江门市创建生态园林城市的新观念、新做法:以"创新"驱动城市园林绿化转型升级,树立"大园林"观,实现"五个转变",使江门城乡园林绿化朝着多种树少种草、绿美结合色彩缤纷、修剪功夫少自然生态多的资源节约型、环境友好型生态园林的方向永续发展。Ecological garden city is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,this article briefly introduces the new exploration and practice of Jiangmen city to create an ecological garden city： to promote the city greening with innovation,set up the ＂Landscape Ecology Concept＂,and bring about ＂Five Transforms＂ of work thinking.Now Jiangmen’s Landscape ecology is developing sustainably towards the direction as follows： more trees and less grass,colorful,less pruning and more natural,resource-abstemious and environment-friendly.
