摘　　要：为了解发达国家电力市场运营情况,加强市场前景预测,促进中国企业海外电力项目的经营管理,对英国电力市场进行了调查,对英国未来电力市场的改革方向进行了预测,并对现有燃气机组(CCGT)经营管理提出了建议。In order to understand the electricity market operation of the developed countries, strengthen market forecast, and pro- mote the operation and management of overseas electric power projects of Chinese enterprises, conducted a survey of the UK electricity market, forecasted the reform orientation of the UK electricity market in the future, and proposed suggestions for the operation and management of existing closed-cycle gas turbine （CCGT）.
