摘　　要：建立军民一体化装备维修保障体系,是构建"军民结合、寓军于民"军队综合保障体系的重要内容,是贯彻军民融合式发展思想的具体体现。军民一体化是市场经济条件下军品生产方式的必然选择,是对军工经济认识的不断深化和经验教训不断总结的结果。本文对军民一体化保障国内外发展进行阐述,对发展基本途径进行分析,并指出了一体化装备保障的发展方向。The civil-military integration equipment maintenance support system is the important part of building a ＂military and civilian, integrating the armed forces＂ comprehensive military system. It embodies the integrated military and civilian development thinking. Civil-military integration is the inevitable choice of military production mode under the conditions of market economy; and it is the result of unceasing deepening of defense economy understanding and the lessons learned constantly. This paper elaborates the basic approach to the development of domestic and foreign military, and points out the direction of development of equipment support construction of military-civil integration.
