摘　　要：通过对比实验,探索出显色时间、显色温度、PRA纯度、试剂存放时间和保存方式等测定条件对其试剂空白值的影响。The effect of measurement conditions, such as developing time, developing temperature, PRA purity, storage time and store patterns of reagent on the reagent blank value was discussed by comparison test in the paper.
