摘　　要：通过对A115模锻件的锻压工艺及热处理工艺进行调整,最后确定出先按锻二拔长然后再按锻七工艺锻造滚圆模压生产的锻件的力学性能较好,淬火和时效间隔在3h以内最优,且均达到用户的性能要求。The reasonable forging process and heat treatment were determined by adjusting the forging ＆ pressing and heat treatment process for A115 die forgings. The optimal interval time from quenching to aging is 3h. The mechanical properties can meet the requirements of users.
