摘　　要：吾谨是明中期浙江著名文人,与何景明、郑善夫等友善,曾因诗学观不同与李梦阳书信论难,然其生平有多事不明。据郑善夫《少谷集》中《赠吾谨五首》,《祭吾惟可文》等诗文,结合二人吴中相会的时间,确定其生于成化十九年(1483),卒于正德十四年(1519)二月,终年37岁。经过对吾谨《与李空同论文书》与李梦阳《答吾谨书》的论述内容比对,李梦阳《空同集》中《与吴谨书》应为《与吾谨书》。根据吾谨《与李空同论文书》中"童子归,能道执事峻行清德,听之毛骨飒然增凉"等判断:李、吾之争发生在正德八年(1513)八月至正德九年(1514)二月间。Wu Jin was a renowned writer in the Mid Ming Dynasty and a friend of He Jingming, Zheng Shanfu and others. He once debated with Li Mengyang through correspondences because of dif ferent poetical views. However, there are some disputes about his life events. Aaccording to Zheng Shanfu＇s Collection of Shao Gu and the time when Zheng Shanfu met with Wu Jin in Wuzhong, we hold that Wu Jin was born in1483 and died in February, 1519 at the age of 37. Comparing the con tents of letters between Li Mengyang and Wu Jin, we think there is some mistake in the title of Li Mengyangs ＂Letter to Wu Jin, ＂ According to Wu Jin＇s letter to Li Mengyan, arguments between the two accrued in the period between August 1513 to February 1514.
