摘 要:在基于循环流化床预热的无烟煤粉燃烧系统中,对煤气化过程和燃烧过程产生的含N化合物(NO,NO2,NH3和HCN等)的分析方法进行了探讨。分别采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法、电化学法和化学溶液吸收法对烟气中的含N化合物进行分析。结果表明,循环流化床出口的气化烟气中含氮化合物应采用化学溶液吸收法进行分析,含氮化合物主要为NH3,测试值为881 mg/m3。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法能够准确分析下行燃烧室燃烧烟气中含氮化合物。使用电化学法对NO进行分析时,装有硅胶颗粒的干燥筒对分析值有较大的影响。Experimental studies were carried out to look for a method for analyzing nitrogen compounds (including NO, NO2, NH3 and HCN, etc. ) generated in the gasification process with a circulating fluidized bed and combustion process in a down-fired combustor of anthracite powder. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, chemical solution absorption method and electrochemical measuring method were used to analyze nitrogen compounds in the flue gas. The results show that nitrogen compounds at the outlet of the gasification process can be analyzed by chemical solution absorption method. The nitrogen compound at the outlet of the preheating process is mainly NH3 and the concentration is 881 mg/m3. The nitrogen compounds in the down-fired combustor can be analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The drying tube containing silica gel particles in the electrochemical analyzer has a significant impact on the analysis results.
