藏药五根散对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞增殖作用的影响

摘　　要：目的了解藏药五根散对第三代骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)的增殖影响。方法通过四甲基偶氮唑盐法、5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷Brdu标记MSC法、免疫细胞化学法分析五根散对大鼠第三代MSC的增殖作用。结果培养72小时浓度为10%、20%、25%、30%的含药血清对大鼠MSCs增殖的影响,与空白血清组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论藏药五根散含药血清可促进大鼠MSCs增殖。Objective To Understand the effect of Tibetan Medicine on bone marrow mesenchymal Stem Cells （MSCs）proliferation in the 3th generation of rats. Method MSCs of the 3th generation were selected for induction with Tibetan Medicine. MSCs were marked by Brdu. The proliferation of mesenchymal stem cell were detected by MTT and immunocy to chemistry. Results MSCs were cultured under medicated serum for 72h. Compared with blank serum group, the proliferation effect of four kinds of different concentrations of medicated serum on MSCs of rats was significant. Conclusion Tibetan medicated serum can promote the proliferation rate of MSCs.
