摘　　要：针对连接夹塑件的结构特点,设计了塑料连接夹注射模。根据塑件特点和生产效率,合理确定了分型面位置、型腔数量及排列方式、侧抽芯机构形式。模具采取单侧错位抽芯结构,不仅简化了模具结构,还提高了生产效率和塑件的外观质量。The injection mold for plastic connecting clamp was designed based on the structure characteristics of plastic part. According to the product features and productivity, the parting surface, the volume and arrangement of cavity, side core.pulling mechanism form were reasonably determined. The mold adopts one.sided derangement core.pulling mechanism. It is concluded that the mold construction is simple and increases productivity and appearance quality.
