摘　　要：以便携式CD机后盖注射模的设计制造为例,在UG8.0的建模环境下进行模具零件造型,MoldWizard模块中进行模具的三维结构设计,加工环境中进行模具零件的加工仿真演示并生成NC程序,得到一套基于UG的注射模设计、制造一体化的完整方案,有效地提高了注射模设计制造的效率。Injection mold design and manufacturing for portable CD back cover as an example, products modeling and 3D mold structure design based on UG8.0 environment of modeling and MoldWizard, simulate processing of mold part machining and generate NC programs based on UG8.0 CAM, get a integrated solution of design and manufacture injection mold based on UG, greatly improve the efficiency of mold design and manufacturing.
