摘　　要：分析汽车喇叭罩使用和外观要求,将模具浇口设在不影响外形美观的内面位置,推出机构设在定模部分,这样模具就成倒装结构,通过拉钩将动模的运动传给推出机构,完成推出运动;模具浇注系统采用中心一点阀式热流道浇注系统,无流延,不倒流,成型时间短,节能、低耗。设计热流道倒装模具完全满足使用要求,效果良好。Focuses on analyzing automobile horn hood use and appearance requirements, the mold gate is located in the back of the hood so as not to affect the appearance quality, roll out institution in the fixed mold parts, into flip mould. In order to guarantee casting no flow delay, not back, forming time is short, saving, low consumption, the mold adopts the center point valve type hot runner gating system.
