摘　　要：针对大唐耒阳发电厂300MW机组汽轮机在运行中出现油中带水的问题,通过理论分析和现场调试,从系统运行和设备状况中找出导致油中带水的主要原因是开、停机轴封调整不当、低压轴封进汽量过大、汽轮机轴承的负压偏高等,并作出针对性处理和改进,消除了主机油系统油中带水现象,改善了透平油质,减少了因油质不良而引起的调速系统的故障,有力保障了汽轮发电机组的安全稳定运行。A ccording to the 300MW turbine in Datang Leiyang power plant with water and oil in question in the movement, through theoretical analysis and field debugging, find out the main causes of oil mixed with water from the system operation and equipment status is negative, stop seal improper adjustment, the lowpressure shaft seal steam inlet is too large, the turbine bearing the high side, and make targeted treatment and improved, eliminating the water main oil system oil phenomenon, improved the turbine oil, reduce the fault system caused by oily bad, a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of turbo-generator set.
