摘　　要：目的探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)合并胸腰椎骨折患者的围手术期护理。方法对强直性脊柱炎合并胸腰椎骨折28例患者,进行充分的术前准备及护理、术中配合与术后护理。结果所有患者对手术效果均满意,无一例护理并发症的发生。结论通过围手术期的精心护理,保证了手术治疗效果,促进患者早日康复,提高患者的满意度。Objective To discuss the methods of perioperative care for thoracolumbar fracture with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Twenty-eight thoracolumbar-fracture patients with ankylosing spondylitis were given meticulous preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care. Results All patients were satisfied with the results of surgery. There was no nursing complication occurred. Conclusion Effective perioperative care is essential to ensure curative effect, to promote the rehabilitation early, and to improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
