摘  要:泡沫混凝土作为一种轻质微孔材料,具有表观密度小、保温隔热性能好、隔音耐火性和抗震性优良的特点,在建筑领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文对不同发泡方式泡沫混凝土的泡孔微观结构进行了研究,发现化学发泡混凝土与物理发泡泡沫混凝土相比,泡孔率大、孔径细小、且粗细均匀、孔的规则性好、独立封闭孔多,而物理发泡混凝土的孔径比前者明显增大,且泡孔均匀性不好.并对发泡方式相同,表观密度不同和表观密度相同,水灰比不同的泡沫混凝土的泡孔微观结构进行了研究.As a kind of lightweight microporous materials, foam concrete have many excellent features such as small apparent density, good thermal insulation performance, sound insulation, fire resistence and resistance to shock, and it has a broad application prospect in the construction field. This paper research the bubble hole microstrueture of different foaming way foam concrete, chemical foaming foam concrete have big bubble porosity, pore size small and uniformity, regularity and independent closed hole more compare with physical foaming foam concrete, but the pore diameter of physical foaming foam concrete increased apparently than former, and the uniformity of bubble hole is bad. We also research the bubble hole microstructure of foam concrete that same way to foam but different apparent density and same apparent density but different water cement ratio.
