摘　　要：本文以国机集团中国中元东北科技创意产业园建设项目一期工程科研办公楼项目为例,初步探讨钢框架-剪力墙结构体系的受力性能及设计要点,以供参考.In this paper, we take the research office building project for example, which is designed by National Machine Group of northeastern China IPPR Creative Industry Park. The steel frame - shear wall structure of the force performance, design features for reference.
