摘　　要：果多水电站工程地处西藏高寒高海拨地区,自然条件恶劣,施工难度较大,为更好的服务工程,安全监测在进行设计时应结合工程自身条件特点,确保项目齐全的基础上有所侧重,突出监测重点。Guoduo hydropower station is located in Tibet Autonomous region with high altitude,harsh natural condition and relatively large construction difficulties.The safety monitoring design should be conducted highlighting the keypoints on the basis of complete items involved under the project condition.
