摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:把德育渗透到教育教学的各个环节,贯穿于学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的各个方面。洪战辉精神的出现启发高校应着力激发、引导学生成才的内在需求,不断探索大学生思想政治教育的新途径,通过学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育和自我教育多条路径,相互交融、重叠和互补,形成完整的教育体系,切实动员各个方面的力量,使他们充分发挥作用,形成加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的强大合力。As the ＂Essentials of the State＇s Medium and Long- term Education Reform and Development Program （2010 - 2020）＂ points out, the moral education should be carried out on every link of education and teaching, namely every aspect of school education, family education and social education. The emergence of Hong Zhanhui＇s spirit inspires that colleges and universities should strive to motivate and guide the students to become a useful person by continuously exploring new ways of ideological and political education, especially by forming a complete education system through the school education, family education, social education and self- education.
