摘　　要：欠平衡施工工艺是一种较为先进的钻井工艺,它是以空气压缩机送气及钻井液在同一口井内同时进行的一种施工工艺,而经常施工水平井需要在某一方位打掏穴井,使水平井与掏穴井对接,由掏穴井内用空气压缩机送气进行钻进。Under-balanced drilling is a kind of advanced drilling technique, which makes air supply by the air compressor and drilling fluid performed in the same well simultaneously. Enlarging borehole is usually necessary to be drilled in a certain direction when drilling horizontal well, and will be connected with the horizontal well. Air compressor in the enlarging borehole will supply air for drilling.
