摘  要:SN-015井位于沁水盆地南部向西北倾的斜坡带上,目的层为山西组3号煤层气藏。该井一开、二开采用膨润土钻井液,三开采用无固相盐水钻井液体系,其配方为:清水+0.1%~0.5%纯碱+0.2%~0.5%降滤失剂+0.5%~1%包被剂+0.2%~0.5%页岩抑制剂+0.03%~0.06%增粘剂+30%工业盐。在现场应用过程中,控制钻井液密度1.15~1.20g/cm3,黏度40~50s,利用增加工业盐的含量控制密度保证井壁力学稳定性,加入降滤失剂控制失水保持煤层结构强度,增强钻井液抑制性,提高泥饼质量,防止井壁坍塌,利用增粘剂控制泥浆流变性实现高效携岩。应用该钻井液,SN-015井水平段纯钻时间148.3 h,平均机械钻速4.51 m/h,煤层总进尺668.1m,最终煤层钻遇率达100%。SN-O15 well is located in the northeastern slope zone of south Qinshui Basin, with the target of CBM resources in No. 3 seam of Shanxi Formation. The bentonite drilling fluid was used in the first and second drilling, and solid-free salt water drilling fluid, of which the formula is water +0. 1% -0. 5% soda +0. 2% -0. 5% filtrate reducer +0. 5% - 1% coating agent +0. 2% -0. 5% shale inhibitor +0. 03% 0. 06% tackifier + 30% industrial salt, is used in the third drilling. In the application process, the density of the drilling fluid is controlled within 1.15 - 1.20g/cm3, with the viscosity of 40 ~ 50s. The content of industrial salt is increased to control the density and ensure the mechanical stability of the shaft lining. Fil- trate reducer is added to control the water loss, increase the inhibition of the drilling fluid as well as the quality of the mud cake, and prevent the collapse of the shaft lining. Tackifier is used to control the rheology of the slurry, and realize effective rock carrying. After applying this drilling fluid, the net drilling time in the horizontal section of SN-015 well reached 148. 3h, with the average penetration rate of 4. 51m/h, and the total drilling footage reached 668. lm, with the final intersecting rate of 100%.
