摘  要:采用平板培养法和抑菌圈直径比较法,比较青翘、老翘、连翘叶的抑菌活性,寻找连翘的最佳抑菌部位,以及有效抑菌成分。试验结果显示,青翘、老翘和连翘叶对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有较好的抑制作用,且连翘叶的抑制菌效果与青翘相当,青翘的抑菌效果强于老翘;青翘、老翘和连翘叶对酿酒酵母、黄曲霉和产黄青霉的抑制作用不强;青翘的体积浓度40%乙醇提取部位为有效抑菌部位。连翘酯苷A可能是主要抑菌活性成分,连翘叶也具有较强的抑菌活性,具有较好的开发前景。To compare the bacteriostatic activity of green fructus forsythia ,ripe fructus forsythia and folium forsythia,to search the best bacteriostatic parts and the effective antimicrobial component of fructus forsythia. Using the plating method and the inhibition zone diameter comparison method. The results showed that all the extracts from fructus forsythia had obvious effect of growth inhibition on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus Subtilis, and didn't have any inhibitory effects on Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus flavus and Penicillium chrysogenum. The bacteriostatic effect of folium forsythia was as strong as green fructus forsythia, and the inhibitory effect of folium forsythia was stronger than that of ripe fructus forsythia. the results also showed that the extract of green fructus forsythia extracted by 40% ethanol was the effective bacteriostatic parts. Forsythoside A may be the main activity bacteriostatic component; the folium forsythia had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria, and had good development prospects.
