摘  要:目的观察运动锻炼对高血压患者氧化应激及炎症因子的影响。方法选取73例高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组继续药物治疗的基础上给予为期6个月的运动锻炼,对照组药物治疗同前,并保持平静生活方式。结果通过6个月的运动锻炼,干预组和对照组比较结果显示体重[(69±8)kgvs.(73±8)kg]、收缩压[(137.7±5.8)mmHgvs.(141.7±6.9)mmHg]、舒张压[(81.7±4.7)mmHgvs.(84.9±5.9)mmHg]下降,血清丙二醛[(6.65±1.4)μmol/Lvs.(7.65±1.3)μmol/L]、高敏C反应蛋白[(6.68±1.76)mg/Lvs.(7.89±1.23)mg/L]、白细胞介素-6[(10.54±3.27)pg/mlvs.(12.95±4.35)pg/ml]、肿瘤坏死因子-α[(5.48±1.76)pg/dlvs.(7.68±3.26)pg/dl]降低,超氧化物歧化酶[(92.87±14.8)U/mlvs.(84.56±15.9)U/ml]、一氧化氮[(82.56±11.7)μmol/Lvs.(75.92±15.9)μmol/L]含量升高(均P<0.05)。结论运动锻炼能降低高血压患者体重、血压,还能改善高血压患者氧化应激及炎症状态。Objective To observe the effects of physical exercises on oxidative stress and inflammatory factor levels in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 73 patients with essential hypertension were randomly assigned to the intervention group (n = 36;doing physical exercise once a day, 5 days a week )or control group (n= 37,keeping sedentary life). All the patients received standard treatment. At the beginning and at 6 months, body weight(BT) ,systemic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded, serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide disnmtase ( SOD ), nitric oxide ( NO ), hs-C reactive protein (hs-CRP) , intedeukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured. Results At 6 months, BT [ (69 ± 8) kg vs. (73 ±8)kg],SBP[ (137.7 ±5.8)mm Hgvs. (141.7 ±6.9)mm Hg],DBP [(81.7 ±4.7)mm Hgvs. (84.9 ± 5. 9) mm Hg ], serum MDA [ (6. 65 ± 1.4) pmol/L vs. (7. 65 ± 1.3 ) μmoL/L ], hs-CRP [ (6. 68 ± 1.76 ) mg/L vs. (7. 89 ± 1.23)mg/L] ,IL-6[ (10. 54 ± 3.27)pg/ml vs. (12.95 ±4. 35) pg/ml] and TNF-α[ (5.48 ± 1.76)pg/dl vs. (7. 68 ±3.26)pg/d13were significantly decreased in the intervention group when compared with the control goup ( all P 〈 0. 05 ), while serum SOD [ ( 92. 87 ± 14. 8 ) U/ml vs. ( 84. 56 ± 15.9) U/ml ] and NO [ ( 82. 56 ± 11.7 ) μmoL/ L vs. (75.92 ± 15.9) μmol/L ] were significantly increased ( both P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Physical exercises could play a role in reducing body weight, blood pressure, improving oxidative stress and decreasing inflammatory factor levels in patients with hypertension.
