摘  要:采用NCⅡ设计,以7个陆地棉品种为母本,4个海岛棉品种为父本,配制28个杂交组合,对海陆杂交F1杂种优势表现及配合力进行了分析.结果表明:各杂交组合纤维长度、比强度的中亲优势均为正值,马克隆值的中亲优势均为负值,纤维长度、比强度的竞争优势均较高,优势超过对照杂交种;纤维长度、马克隆值、伸长率和比强度在亲本间的差异达到显著或极显著水平;同一性状各亲本之间以及同一亲本各性状之间的一般配合力(GCA)都存在着明显的差异,新海27号纤维品质性状配合力表现较好,是一个比较理想的海陆杂交亲本.同一亲本所配组合以及同一组合不同性状间的特殊配合力(SCA)差异很大,以百棉2号为母本的组合,其纤维品质性状的SCA效应较高,其中组合A5B3在纤维长度、比强度上都表现了较高的正向SCA效应,且均达到显著水平.In this study,seven upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) varieties were used as the female parents crossed with four sea island cotton(G.barbadense L.) varieties to produce 28 hybrid combinations for analyzing F1 heterosis and combining ability of fiber quality traits.The results showed that,for all of the combinations,the midparent heteroses of fiber length and fiber strength were all positive while those of micronaire value were all negative, moreover the competitive heteroses of fiber length and fiber strength were all higher than check hybrid;the differences of fiber length,micronaire value,elongation and fiber strength among parents were reached significant or extremely significant levels.General combining ability(GCA) for the same traits among parents or the different traits of the same parents existed obvious difference,and Xinhai 27,which showed a good GCA for fiber quality,is a relatively ideal sea-land hybrid parent.Special combining ability(SCA) for both the same parent with its different combinations and the same combination of different traits existed large difference.The combinations produced by the female parent Baimian 2,had higher SCA effect for fiber quality traits,in which the combination A 5 B 3 showed a higher positive SCA effect and reached the significant level for fiber length and fiber strength.
